While some information is necessary to assess you and your circumstances as a whole, we get down to business. No fuss, just 2 pages.
Furthermore, you may not always have all the information ready when you sit down to fill out a form. That is fine. You can fill out the first page of the form first with the basic information right away, then note down what other information you need for the rest of the form and then come back to it later. We will even send you an email reminder with a link to continue your application, so we’ve got your back. This is also convenient when you’re stuck on something and don’t know how to fill it out. What information do you need to provide on your rental application? Here’s a quick list to help you prepare:
- Your basic personal information and contact details (eg. Name, birthdate, address, phone number)

If we can’t, and it can happen – it’s not the end of the world. We hate to reject applications but don’t take it as a personal failure. We can give you tips on how to improve your chances and when you do, we encourage you to apply again. After you submit a full application with us, you can expect to have an answer within 4 working hours!

8. BUYOUT AT THE END OF THE TERM
Instead of a rent-to-own program where there could be a big buyout figure at the end of the term, our very own and very special RentPlus program gives you the freedom to choose your next step at the end of your rental term.
You can either return the item to us – and you can even pay off the goods sooner than 12 or 24 months by contacting us to organise deposit of a lump sum – there are no penalties for paying out your term early.
Or you may be able to make us an offer to buy the product off us from as little as $1*. We’ll send an end of lease statement to you no later than 90 days from the end of the agreement where we can negotiate what will happen with the product.
