How Delivery Works

Delivery is always free!

Find a product you love? When you rent with us, delivery is always free. We will even ship your rental right to your front doorstep. Just make sure you’re home when the package arrives. You’ll need to show your ID and sign for your package.

Pick-up can be requested if you’d rather do that. If our supplier allows pickups, we’ll always communicate with them for you! However, if items are out of stock or the supplier doesn’t allow pick up, your product will have to be delivered.

Large items such as heavy furniture and TVs are not available for pickup. This is because we want to make sure your product arrives without damage to your doorstep.
