Radio Rentals has quite a few negative comments on their Facebook page from customers complaining about waiting long periods of time for repairs, replacements or a simple return call from Radio Rentals. Their customer service and response times are among the most frequent complaints.

Direct Appliance Rentals can let you know if you’ve been approved within just 4 (working) hours. Now that’s speedy ? And although the whole process can be done via email and/or phone (from applying to document signing) we’re happy to send a local representative over to have a little chat and assist you if you prefer. In any case you’ll be well informed every step of the way!

At Direct Appliance Rentals we have created our very own special RentPlus© program! It means that you may be able own the very product you have been renting by offering to buy it off us at the end of the lease. The best bit? Although we have no legal obligation to accept your offer, we usually accept offers from as little as $1 ?.
“DAR customers can own the very item they have been renting”Thanks for your efficient, friendly service! I love my laptop! Before choosing Direct Appliance Rentals, I looked into the deals offered by two other companies. Other hire/buy companies expect their customers to pay out their contract, and then return the hired item in exchange for a different item of ‘similar’ age and specifications – but not necessarily the same condition. Those deals seemed like a rip-off to me – there’s no way I’d be happy with that. Direct Appliance Rentals offer a service that is more fair to their customers. Once the hire contract is finished, DAR customers can own the very item they have been renting, using and taking good care of for the term of the contract – rather than having their prized item taken away and replaced with another item in goodness knows what kind of condition. Radio Rentals states that at the end of the lease you have to return the goods to them and the lease gives you no right or obligation to purchase the item during or at the end of the lease period. They say in their terms and conditions that you may choose to make an offer to purchase the goods from them at the end of the lease but they have no obligation to accept your offer.

Save time and money – our rental packages are cheaper then renting the items separately! Furnish your lounge, get all the essential appliance for your family, or bundle tv and gaming console together or choose a computer or tablet bundle. You can also get a bedroom suite (mattress included!), baby furniture bundle or a convenient all in one gardening bundle.
“Very easy to deal with”I have used them twice so far. And both times it was simple to set up and even when I had missed a payment the team was always helpful and offered ways to get back on track with my contract.
